Central Baptist Church Staff Notifications.

Program Description

Central Baptist Church of Palm Coast, Florida sends text-message notifications to its own staff and volunteers (the pastor and volunteer ushers — fewer than 10 people total). Messages notify staff that a visiting family is expected at an upcoming Sunday service, and remind ushers of Sunday preparation duties. This is a private, internal notification program. Messages are never sent to church members, website visitors, or the general public.

How to Opt In

Enrollment in this program is available only to Central Baptist Church staff and approved volunteers. There are two ways an eligible person can opt in:

1. Written consent form. The staff member or volunteer completes and signs a paper SMS Consent Form at the church office (5830 State Road 100, Palm Coast, FL 32164). The form states the program name, the types of messages sent, the expected message frequency, that message and data rates may apply, and how to opt out. Signed forms are retained on file by the church office. Only after the signed form is received does the church administrator add the person’s mobile number to the notification list.
2. Text START. An eligible staff member or volunteer may text START to (386) 703-3311 from the mobile number they wish to enroll, after which the administrator confirms their eligibility before enrollment is completed.

No phone numbers are collected for this program through any public web form. The Plan a Visit form on this website does not enroll anyone in this messaging program — visitors never receive messages from it.

Consent is not a condition of anything. Consent to receive these messages is entirely voluntary and is not a condition of employment, volunteering, church membership, attending services, or receiving any service or benefit from Central Baptist Church. Declining or revoking consent has no adverse consequence of any kind.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. Recipients can expect approximately one to six messages per week.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Central Baptist Church charges no fee.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive a single confirmation message and nothing further. You may also ask the church administrator to remove your number.

Privacy

Mobile numbers and consent records collected for this program are used solely to deliver the notifications described above and are governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or consent data with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in data is not shared with any third party.
